Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@glowvera.com with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement.
